These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of Raw Intent ("the App"), a digital adult card game sold by Marius Berget, Norway ("we", "us"). By completing a purchase you agree to these terms.
Raw Intent is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years or older. By purchasing you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we have reason to believe this requirement is not met.
Raw Intent is a digital product (an Android application). Your download link is issued immediately after payment, at which point delivery of the digital content has begun.
In accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven § 22 litra n), and EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery of digital content has begun and you have explicitly consented to this, which you do at checkout.
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds. If you experience a technical problem with the App, contact us at hello@rawintent.app and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to install and use Raw Intent on your own Android devices. You may not:
Your download link is valid for 48 hours from the time of purchase. If your link expires or you lose access to your download, visit rawintent.app/updates and enter your purchase email to receive a new link at no additional charge.
Raw Intent contains sexually explicit content intended for consenting adults in a private setting. You are responsible for ensuring any use of the App complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts.
