Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you purchase Raw Intent, how we use it, and your rights under applicable law, including the EU/EEA General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Norwegian Personal Data Act (personopplysningsloven).

1. Who we are

Raw Intent is a digital product sold by Marius Berget, Norway. For privacy inquiries contact: hello@rawintent.app

2. What data we collect and why

Email address — collected at checkout. Used to send your download link and, if requested, re-download links. This is the legal basis of contract performance (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
Stripe payment data — card and billing details are processed directly by Stripe, Inc. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe is our data processor under their own DPA. See Stripe's privacy policy.
IP address / access logs — standard web server logs retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging purposes. Legal basis: legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

3. What we do NOT collect

We do not use tracking pixels, Google Analytics, or any third-party analytics.
We do not use cookies beyond what is strictly necessary for the purchase session.
We do not sell, share, or rent your data to any third party.
We do not collect any data from within the Raw Intent app itself — it runs entirely offline on your device.

4. Data retention

Your email address and purchase record are retained for as long as necessary to fulfil your purchase and comply with Norwegian accounting law (bokføringsloven), which requires retention of transaction records for 5 years. After this period, your data is deleted.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to:

Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data.
Erasure ("right to be forgotten") — request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
Object — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
Complaint — lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) at datatilsynet.no.

6. Data transfers

Your email address is stored on a server located within the European Economic Area (EEA). Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. (USA), which participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and provides adequate protection under GDPR.

7. Security

Download links are single-use tokens with a 48-hour expiry. The backend database is stored on a private server not directly accessible from the internet. HTTPS is enforced on all connections.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted with a revised date at the top of this page. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance.
